On the evening of 8th October 2019 Goldsmith Street by Norwich City Council and Architects Mikhail Riches won the prestigious RIBA Stirling Prize 2019.

Not only did Goldsmith Street win the Stirling Prize, it also won the inaugural Neave Brown Award for Housing 2019.

Goldsmith Street is the largest social housing scheme in the UK build to the stricht PassivHaus standard.
