At Idealcombi we are very proud to have been part of this ground-breaking housing project. Building to the passive house standard means quality of the building is significant higher than that of traditional housing schemes.
The energy consumption of homes on the scheme is estimated to be as low as £150 a year, making it truly affordable homes to live in.
The Idealcombi Futura+ windows and Frame IC front doors are an important part of receiving the PassivHaus certification and still achieving an aesthetically pleasing visual expression.
