Sales and delivery conditions

Idealcombi follows VinduesIndustrien’s – The Association of Danish Window Manufacturers – Common Sales and Delivery Conditions. You are therefore ensured the same terms and conditions at us as at other suppliers that also apply these conditions. You can read more at (information is available in English).


Idealcombi offers a general 5-year warranty on our wooden products and an extended 10-year warranty on those of our product series combining wood/aluminium. The warranties apply to products installed in the United Kingdom and Denmark (except Greenland and the Faroe Islands). The warranty applies from the time of production and all information about the production is available on a small silver-grey lable in the rebate or printed in the window spacer profile. This information must also be used to reorder spare parts.

After Sales

If you want to purchase accessories for your windows or replacement parts, you can do this through our After Sales department. We will require specific order details to purchase accessories or extras. You can find these specifications on the spacer bar between the glass or on your order confirmation. Report an issue

We do our best to deliver high-quality windows and doors without defects. But there can be no rules without exceptions! If, against expectations, defects occur during production, transport or delivery, you must report anny issue as soon as you discover that your Idealcombi product is defective. You must not install the elements before you have the approval of our Service Department. We strive to process complaints quickly and professionally, and we take any contact regarding defects on our products very seriously.

Important information when reporting issues

When you complete Idealcombi’s service form, we will need production and order data on the element in question. All information is available on the individual element.

A) If the element is delivered without glazing, the information is available on a lable on the rebate of the sill. In this case we will need:

  • Order number
  • Position number
  • Production number

B) If the element is delivered with glazing, all information will be printed on the spacer profile between the two glass layers. In this case we will need:

  • Order number
  • Position number
  • Series and POL number

Please take your time to fill in and submit this service form and we shall see to the matter as soon as possible.Please note that your issue is not entered into our system until you have received a mail from us containing a service number.
