The homeowners attended a stand at a UK building exhibition and discovered the Idealcombi range. After visiting the showroom in Milton Keynes to look at the fittings and door types an order was placed.
The order was delivered in the stated time and the fitters used [ from a list of approved UK installers] were very familiar with the product.
The homeowners were particularly impressed that the fitters had visited Denmark for a tour of the manufacturing facility.
The inward opening Futura+i tilt-turn doors in the bedrooms matches the 53 mm profile of the outward opening Futura+ windows used in the rest of the house – this ensures a uniform look throughout.
