The homeowners attended a stand at a UK building exhibition and discovered the Idealcombi range. They were very impressed with the quality of the product, in particular the PUR core for superb energy performance and the fact they could have aluminium outside and timber inside with the Futura+ range.
After visiting the showroom in Milton Keynes to look at the fittings and door types an order was placed.
The order was delivered in the stated time and the fitters used from a list of approved UK installers that were very familiar with the product. The homeowners were particularly impressed that the fitters had visited Denmark for a tour of the manufacturing facility.
