Idealcombi, a leading producer of high-quality windows and doors from Denmark, is looking for an Marketing Coordinator for a position in our office in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire.

What are we looking for?

We are looking to hire a marketing coordinator at Entry-Level to start their professional career in Marketing with outstanding organisational and research skills. Marketing coordinators are expected to be creative individuals with fantastic communication skills and excellent time management.

To ensure success, marketing coordinators should be detail-oriented and have a solid understanding of marketing techniques with a keen interest in providing a consistent brand voice across all marketing activities to specific audiences. Top candidates will exhibit critical thinking skills, strong problem-solving skills, and work with great attention to detail.

Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Working alongside Danish parent company to assist with marketing based of the director’s vision.
  • Help develop strategic marketing initiatives and activities.
  • Learn & implement marketing plans that include print, marketing campaigns and online content.
  • Support in creating branded advertising campaigns and support the sales team by coordinating and collating content.
  • Maintain tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online activities using our CRM platform on HubSpot
  • Conduct market research to identify marketing opportunities.
  • Traffic all advertising efforts to appropriate social channels.
  • Organise and streamline service offerings into user-friendly concepts for the website using WordPress.
  • Manage & Coordinate Exhibition’s from stand-build to customer experience on our show stand.
  • Create, execute & analyse Email Marketing campaigns to our target audience.

Marketing Coordinator Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications or related
  • Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies.
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret competitor strategies and consumer behaviour based of your university qualification.
  • Knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS) and CRM platforms (HubSpot).
  • Ability to gather large amounts of data and convert it into meaningful analysis to grow revenue.
  • Solid organisational skills and detail oriented working mentality.
  • Creative mind with superb written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Photoshop, and web editing software (WordPress).

Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8.00am to 16.30pm and Friday, 8.00am to 14.30pm
