The Scalesceugh Hall and Villas site in Cumbria, situated between the Lake District and the North Pennines, is a contemporary retirement villa project. The existing Hall was build in 1914 as a traditional elegant Edwardian Country House.
The main building is currently being restored, and behind the Hall within the three acre landscaped gardens and woodland, contemporary retirement villas have been constructed. The villas has been given a modern feel with the Futura+ windows with slim sightlines.
