Our customers are the core of our business and for that reason we always listen very carefully to their feedback in our annual customer feedback surveys. We understand the window buying experience can be daunting, and is often seen as the most dreaded part of a self-build project.

At Idealcombi we want to change that!

That is why we have introduced a new concept offering a list of services as standard or an option to choose a 10% discount if price is more important.

A site meeting is a great way to get a project started – it gives us a great understanding of the project and the wishes and challenges you may have. At the same time it gives you a great opportunity to ask questions and explain your vision on site.

You will be assigned a designated sales/project coordinator so they can get familiar with your project and follow the project all the way.

Our new 12 month service plan makes sure your windows will be in good condition and within guarantee after the first 12 months service. Optional extended service plans are also available.

Offering installer training means you can use your preferred installer and still make sure your new windows and doors are installed correctly.

As part of the new premium package we now also offer free choice of powder coated alu in any RAL, Granite or metallic finish without extra cost.

After many requests we now also offer a site survey to take measurements of your structural opening.
