We’re looking for a professional, proactive and friendly Receptionist with a strong customer service background to join Idealcombi in Milton Keynes.
In this role, you’ll manage reception duties while supporting our Customer Service, Sales and Service Department. You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, helping to create a positive, smooth and helpful experience for architects, builders, homeowners and other customers.
You will also provide important administrative support to the Service Department, including helping with service-related enquiries and ensuring requests are handled efficiently.

Receptionist Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and direct enquiries to the correct department
- Respond to enquiries via phone and email in a professional and helpful manner
- Assist with service-related enquiries from customers and internal teams
- Support the Service Department by helping to log, update and follow up on service requests
- Assist with ordering spare and replacement parts for service cases
- Help coordinate appointments, site visits and service visits
- Arrange deliveries and outgoing post
- Order office stationery and supplies
- Arrange travel and accommodation when required
- Assist the Sales team with enquiries received via email and post
- Send utility invoices to accounts for payment
- Generate pro forma invoices for site visits
- Support with general ad hoc administrative tasks across the office
What We’re Looking For:
- A friendly and professional communicator
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident using phone/email systems and office software (Outlook, Word, etc.)
- Able to handle multiple tasks with a calm, helpful attitude
- Previous experience in a admin or receptionist role preferred

Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8.00am to 16.30pm and Friday, 8.00am to 14.30pm
