DeTrafford’s St George’s Gardens in Castlefield – completed in 2021. Delivered by JM Architects and designed by Ollier Smurthwaite Architects comprise of 138 one and two-bedroom homes across 11 floors, with each apartment having its own private winter garden. It also includes a private rooftop bar, outdoor cinema and yoga space.

Idealcombi has been working closely with the DeTrafford site team to get the aluminium Futura+i windows delivered to plan with a series of acoustic requirement.
These windows are glazed internally, and can be cleaned from the safety of your living room space.
