Modern Residential Home
The Sandal Rise project is a modern residential home defined by unique shaped windows and expansive glazing, maximising natural light and strengthening the connection between interior spaces and the surrounding landscape. High performance windows and doors were specified to support energy efficiency and durability. The design uses clean, minimal lines, with windows and doors finished in dark RAL 9005 matt to complement the building’s sharp angles.
Idealcombi supplied a combination of Futura+ outward opening windows, Futura+i tilt-and-turn windows, Nation IC doors, and IC sliding doors for the project.
All products feature a 149mm frame depth, double glazing (with triple glazing to fixed sliding sections), and a consistent RAL 9005 matt finish to both internal timber and external aluminium surfaces.
The window layouts were designed to balance ventilation, ease of maintenance, and clear views, while the sliding doors enhance the connection between interior spaces and the garden.
