Contemporary Living, Framed in Light
This striking residential project showcases how modern glazing can completely transform both the appearance and experience of a home. Featuring our Futura+ and IC ranges across multiple applications, the design brings together clean architectural lines, expansive glazing, and seamless indoor outdoor living.
Floor to ceiling glazing defines the home, flooding interiors with natural light and creating uninterrupted views of the landscaped courtyard. The large format sliding doors and fixed elements work together to blur the boundary between inside and out, allowing living spaces to extend effortlessly onto the terrace.
Across the project, triple glazed units and 149mm frame depths ensure exceptional thermal performance without compromising on slim sightlines. The consistent use of RAL 7003 in a matt finish, internally and externally, delivers a calm, contemporary aesthetic that complements both the light filled interiors and the natural materials used throughout.
Inside, the glazing enhances every space. Bedrooms open directly onto private outdoor areas, while the main living and kitchen zones benefit from dramatic rooflines and expansive glass façades that maximise daylight throughout the day. In the evening, the home transforms, with warm interior lighting highlighting the structure and creating a welcoming presence from the outside.
Externally, the combination of timber, aluminium, and refined detailing ensures durability alongside design integrity. The absence of external ironmongery as standard maintains a clean, uninterrupted finish across all door systems.
This project is a clear example of how thoughtful specification, combining high-performance glazing with carefully considered design, can deliver a home that feels both architecturally bold and effortlessly liveable.
