The hoUSe project by Urban Splash offers modular prefabricated houses with options of 1,2,3,4 and 5 bedroom houses with open plan living or a traditional feel.
Customers get the options of choosing whether they want a ‘loft’ or a ‘garden’ living area. The raw shells come equipped with kitchen and bathroom pods. The living room and main bedroom windows are extruded from the main building and fitted with an Idealcombi Futura+ fixed light.
