A Contemporary Coastal Home with High Performance Glazing
Situated in the sought after coastal setting of Emsworth is a carefully considered residential project that combines modern design with high performance glazing solutions. This extensive installation features a complete package of Futura+ windows and doors alongside bespoke entrance doors and sliding systems, creating a cohesive and contemporary exterior aesthetic.
With 24 glazed elements spanning almost 50m² of glazing, the project delivers exceptional natural light, strong thermal performance and a seamless connection between inside and out.
For this project a combination of Futura+ outward opening windows, Futura+ Sliding Door, Futura+ Terrace Door, Nation IC Entrance doors, and IC sliding doors were used.
Futura+ windows were used in a variety of configurations – fixed lights, sidehung and topguided openings, escape compliant windows and obscured privacy glazing. All units were specified with Low-E glazing and warm edge spacers to ensure strong thermal performance and comfort.
To maximise natural light and enhance the connection to outdoor spaces, the home also features a large IC Sliding Door system alongside an additional Futura+ sliding door. These expansive glazed elements create generous clear openings and support a modern indoor outdoor lifestyle.
The entrance design incorporates three NATION IC entrance doors, finished in a flush HDF design with secure locking systems and fibre thresholds, delivering both visual impact and performance.
The package was completed with spandrel insulated panels, integrated ventilation, specialist hardware, and full installation, resulting in a comprehensive, design led solution tailored to the property.
